Kids were a bit of a distraction and did get some exercising done...
3 sets of 20 squats
2 sets of 15 alternating lunges
Food:
2 eggs and 4 slices of bacon for breakfast
1 chicken thigh and drumstic for lunch
9 oz of Tuna salad for diner.
At the time of this post I have drank 64 oz of water.....
